I seem to think" (not know)that there is a "Boss" but just like the ruling panel of 4,5,6, only the people in that group know who is who.

And this is the way to keep people guessing. And possibly be the real" or misunderstood" rotating panel theory.

Because when it is mentioned with people in the know ,it almost always gets a sideways response or look (like r u kidding)
