I respectfully disagree, Dellacroce. Fugazy implies fake, and this guy is genuine.

He's genuinely crazy. Or inbred. Or mentally challenged. Or twelve years old. Or all of the above.

I'm rooting for all of the above because it's easier for me to pity people who have more than one problem.
