Just purchased a new printer/copier/Scanner (Epson XP 310). I got it hooked up and got the copying, printing down but am having this problem with the scanning.
I scanned picture and it scanned to my computer just fine. Printer gives me options as to (JPEG, PDF, E-Mail, WSD) I want to be able to copy/paste links to send in e-mails or post directly on sites (BB maybe), but when I right click properties I get pixels and folder path info box...... What am I not doing? I tried scanning with the JPEG and e-mail with same result. I get notice that WSD can't be found (not sure what that is).
