This was an arranged meeting setup by Leonetti and Gravano in 87' so Gotti could be able to tell if Scarfo was involved with Manna, since Scarfo had became close to Manna while in prison and had remained on friendly terms with one another. I believe this meeting happened right before the Gambino, Genovese and Lucchese meeting took place.
