Here is an article about Anthony "Chicago Tony" Lapiana. This is an old article, but it details a little bit about the white collar scams he was and possibly might still be involved in. I had not heard much about him except through Scott Burnstein, and I thought some people on here might find this interesting. Obviously this is way old news.
