When Phil was a Caporegime, who was in his crew? Also Lawrence Merlino was a Caporegime too, who was under his control. There has never been a chart of the Scarfo mob that listed all the crews with the soldiers in them. I'm interested in that because I was hoping Phil would have expanded on his role as a captain a bit more in his book because he had many dealings with different wiseguys across the East Coast Families.
