The Outfit had some gambling joints in Lake Geneva, WI as well. My uncle worked them for a while in the 50's.
I knew they had gambling joints in Hot Springs,Arkansas,Arizona,Florida but i never knew about Lake Geneva only Hurley,thanks for the info Tony G.
Story also goes that Sam Giancana had gambling joint in Cuernavaca,Mexico and he also skimmed from the gambling rooms on cruise ships from Mexico to the Caribbean for example and also brought many high-rollers.But the thing is its very hard to find any inside info on who was who on these things.Also theres a story about a casino in Iran,but i doubt that its true.
