Fellas, lets not get carried away here. Grilled Cheese is made with American Cheese, preferably yellow, but white is Ok. Now, PB if you want use Muenster cheese, that is Ok because it is an American cheese, not to be confused with Munster which is a French cheese. But Oli, if you prefer Swiss cheese than you must preface the name of your sandwich as a "Grilled Swiss Cheese Sandwich".
