Because we're leaving on the red-eye late tomorrow night (Mrs. Pizza can't fly during the day because she gets migraines). We're a bit late this year because we had a few things going on up here. But I hope to stay uninterrupted until at least Easter week this year. But I

Two in the Bronx, one in Astoria, and in the Village, just off MacDougal and West 8th Streets. That's where I offered our pal Dapper a unit. But he wasn't ready yet. Hopefully soon

Do you have to deal with a lot of red tape and that section 8 stuff?
It's not an issue in Greenwich Village today because the rents are so high (and so are my expenses, so don't go counting my money
). But in Queens and the Bronx we literally have no choice. It's a necessary evil.
