Yes that is the 4th and Roydon set. Actually the leader of that set, Noel Gonzales died of natural causes last year. There are people who are starting to plead out in that case. That set wasn't run by the Netas, Noel was a member when he was locked up before so they threw the label on there for headlines. One of the Case Managers I know pretty well, Freddy Alvarado. I'm pretty sure he is still in Camden County although it's been a while since I have gotten a call from him.
