You mean he sprays the lettuce and stacks the oranges? What does "big into his produce co" even mean?


I was under the impression he does a lot of outside sales work with large level operators. As owner I would assume that means working with the high volume restaurants and/or the 2 unit restaurants and up.

The majority of produce (and food sales) biz is commercial sales not person to person market business.
