Good question. He was due for release in 2011, so his 3 years supervised release should be done in a couple of months.
Yes, I know. But I read Merlino was in a halfway house for 6 months and now he's about to get off supervised release.
I edited my early post, after rereading your question. Merlino spent 6 months after release in a halfway house, right? So since Borgesi was in prison during the time he should of been in a halfway house that would mean he doesn't have to serve that time.
