The Feds should reevaluate how they use RICO, not that they ever would but it really is way overused and these 2 trials proved it more than anything. In every city if your labeled MOB or OC you are fucked, these guys in Philly are really lucky that the govt basically came up with a terrible case! But usually the Feds can indict a hamburger and get a conviction, very very lucky...
