From my understanding, John Scalish was dead set against his kids having any direct involvement with LCN. Frank was a liason to a few unions and city hall, but completely legitmate in regards to his business dealings.
I meant to put in Sam Scalish. Johns brother. His one brother Tommy died young who may of been tapped for the boss spot over John had he not died. Sam had a piece of buckeye along with ROckman and Frank embreica.
