They got him without help from New York. They found Raymond Ferrito, a bookmaker and arsonist from Erie, PA through Jimmy Frattiano, a Cleveland, OH native. Convicted were James Licavoli, John Calandra, Ronnie Carabbia, Butchie Cisternino, Anthony "Lib" Liberatore (Made member and powerful Teamster official) as well as Kenny Ciarcia.
