Yea at this point time served seems like an appropriate sentence
Never happen. They either walk on a not guilty verdict, or this judge maxes them out on a guilty one. I see no in between.
I agree. While I don't share the sentiment of others on here that the judge has been trying to screw these guys, I do think that if they are found guilty he is going to max them out.
