Whether it's right or wrong afraid these jurors are in this for the long haul - no way does Robreno want to try this one again. Can only hope for partial verdict reading this afternoon unless they come to agreement
If they're guilty on the two counts that are already decided, and it's enough to keep Borgesi and Ligambi jailed, then the Feds may just take their sweet ass time and try them again on the other counts. Of course, that's assuming they don't come back with verdicts on those other three counts today (or in the near future).
I hear what you are saying, and that may work with Ligambi, but Georgie is only charged with conspiracy. If they find him guilty he's fucked. If they hang he gets bail.
