Have they rehearsed testimony with the same prosecutors? Probably. Do Prosecutors always play by the rules? No. I personally feel that RICO is a Third Amendment violation.

But if you honestly believe in your heart of hearts that Bent Finger Lou wasn't giving Georgie's envelope's to his wife or that "It's Joe's money" Doesn't refer to acting boss Joe Ligambi, you're crazy.

If the Prosecutors were going to make up a case against these guys they would use larger sums of money than Georgie was getting. Don't you think they could do a better job of faking a mob case? I know I could.

Personally, I have some strong issues with this case. But at the same time, I know they're guilty as sin.
