Sure...he probably is ProGovt. Most of the federal judges i've observed are.

The Judge in the Scarfo case...Judge Kugler is pretty tough too....definitely ProGovt. I think he's worse then this guy. Check out Sal Pelullo's blog....he's been bitching about the judge since he got locked up.
