Same with steve mazzone, the only member of the administration not to be caught up in the big indictments.
He went down with Merlino in his case that was a bigger indictment than the one going on now I think he got something like 8 years for it
ya i was just referring to him not getting indicted in the current case. but your right, that case was much bigger than the one going down now.
The case going on now the investigation started when he went away and unlike Borgesi the guy he had handling his business while he was locked up didn't cooperate with the Feds once he got indicted in this case so the government doesn't have much on him this time. I guess when it comes down to it he's lucky his guy kept his mouth shut or he would be sitting next to Borgesi this time around too
