Ya i agree a 12 year run for someone who the FBI thought(at least for most of it) was the offcial boss was a pretty good run. But to say he was the greatest boss since bruno, im not so sure. Yes maybe the most low key and not so much internal strife but he definatley seemed like someone who "ate alone", in the words of anthony staino "joe dont give a fuck about the street, he just wants his money."
