Centerino was the captain of the newark crew until at some point licata took it over from him becoming offcial capo and centerino got bumped down to soldier in that crew. Centerino is the guy that licata and ligambi were complaining about in the steffenelli tapes, they were saying how "they couldnt make three fucking cents with guy", and ligambi said that centerino cornered him at a christmas party and complained how broke he was.
