At trial today no way the jury convicts these guys on the crazy testimony given by Apponick....guy tripped over his stories left ans right and was made to look like a POS big time by defense....saw some jurors making ugly faces at the guy
I hear what you guys are saying about this guy being a scumbag and the jury not believing him but I think what was missing in the first trial was someone to backup what Lou was saying. Even if you don't think this guy is credible it's going to be tough to overcome both of these guys having the same story. Like I said, I wasn't there today but I really don't think it looks good for Georgie. Uncle Joe has a better chance at beating the case.
