Yes, thats definitely Andrew Micali (second from the right). He's on the PA Casino exclusion list now just like he is in NJ and Delaware too. I think Andrew might be the younger brother of Michael "Nippy" Micali who got hit back in the 1980's. Possibly cousins.

Joe Baldino is in the second row on the far left. That guy on the far right next to Micali looks pretty familiar. I think he might be Joe's brother Frank Baldino but i'm not positive on that.

Both of the Baldino's are banned from PA casino's according to the state website. Ralph Abbruzzi is too.
