The attack on Pearl Harbor made America join the WW2. America did not join just to save our ass. That´s just ridiculous to say. Hitler was defeated by a joint American/European effort and it was actually the Russians who broke through the last barriers around Berlin. All of the countries invovled with the second World War lost
a lot of lives. More than you Americans can fathom. And De Niro is right...the world is messed up. That´s thanks to all war profiters...on both sides.
