Whatever Lucibello was doing, legal or illegal, somebody is watching over it and he is in some way, shape, or form getting his cut. Whether he has a soldier in the family running the show for a percent or a trusted friend or family member. Lucibello has done it for other people and im sure somebodys there to do it for him and make some money for themselves too. Plus he wont be gone for too long.
