Agents love that the Yanks are players in this year's free agency market. The team has been linked to nearly every single high profile free agent as agents try to increase their player's values.

I believe that only McCann, Beltran, and a closer are being considered, along with Cano. Come to think about it, that's a helluva lot. Yanks play the same game as the agents....they act as if they're interested in Choo, and that keeps Beltran's requests reasonable. Ditto with Balfour and Nathan (plus Robertson).
