No and no. Whose going to tell a half-crazy man like Boregsi he's being shelved? Borgesi would come out of jail and do whatever he wanted. Despite being in prison for 14 years, he still has influence on the street. Liambi on the otherhand, is/was the boss for 14 years. He has guys loyal to him. Although at his age, being shelved would be like retirement.
