For some reason I have a feeling the boy (Sam) is alive. I think Rick giving him his watch has some significance tho. They may find a walker with his watch or something?
I do understand Rick's decision on Carol but I also think she'll be back to the prison. However, they better lock up Tyrese. LOL He's a loose canon right now.
