Only thing I think he has a legitimate beef about his that his sentence was up in 2011 and he should have been released then and then given a chance at bail for the new charges especially since he was found not guilty on all of the charges execpt one.
I think they should of let Borgesi post bail after he beat 13 out of the 14 charges. I was actually kind of surprised they wouldn't set bail after that considering he finished serving that long sentence.
