hey there luigi...KC and Buffalo are not structured, so that confirms that they are defunct..which is exactly where the Patriarca's are heading. The others you mentioned have been dead for some time..Pitt, Tampa, L.A. Rockford and Cleve. Cleveland has been in shambles since the mid 1980's.
