If by bird watching you mean duck hunting, count me in!
I guess that can be watching. You watch the bird fly overhead and then shoot at it. That term "hunting" is somewhat of a misnomer. You wear camouflage, hide in the bushes, make duck sounds and put fake ducks in the water. Sounds more like "ambushing".
