Another UK show, so I don't know if you can get it on your side but it is called WHITECHAPEL and it is really good. Been a couple of series now but it is a cop drama with a good, spooky side twist. Set in Whitechapel, home of Jack the Ripper and the Krays it features spooky East London streets, copycat killers and various strange storylines with links to previous crimes. Current series features haunted police stations, Ed Gein skin mask wearers and cannibals in the sewers. All based on true stories I am sure
