Reading over the Project Colisee I'm surprised no one has mentioned this guy Yves Leduc as being involved in the Montreal conflict. He's a Hells Angel member with considerable power. He was recorded meeting with Del Balso, Vito Rizzuto, and Giordano at LeBlanc restaurant in 2003.
"During this evening, at the request of Yves "LED " LEDUC , Christian Chartier had phoned Vito RIZZUTO to appear at the meeting.Vito RIZZUTO was able to attend the restaurant LEBLANC , Francesco DEL Balso and Lorenzo Giordano go there .
2034. Following the meeting , Francesco DEL balso and Lorenzo Giordano tell the source agent ROY their territory covers St -Léonard and Rivière-des- Prairies. they add that they do not go on the territories of the other , but in return , they want to have one on their territories.

Balso LEBLANC restaurant in Montreal . On this occasion, told EMOND ROY he did business with Lorenzo ( Giordano ) since 1997."
Leduc and Andrew Scoppa had a huge amount of conflicts over territory and that's why I bring up the Hells Angels could be involved in numerous Montreal fires/murders due to Biker/Mafia territorial disputes in Riviere Des Praires with Leduc heading them. I know this conspiracy has been voiced before; however, to me it seems more apparent now.
Due to the fact that Scoppa's dealing in a club "Copacabana" was Leduc territory Giordano is recorded complaining to Del Balso about Scoppa having the audacity to do this.
"The same day, at 7:51 p.m. , while talking in the background at Lorenzo Giordano intercepted communications said: " you guys are really fuckin clowns, man! Del Balso is then recorded verbally thrashing Scoppa. "Balso GIORDANO and instruct SCOPPA moving two places
are the subject of dispute. During the discussion, LED balso told SCOPPA :" Hey! You fuckin ' move your Copacabana , It 's His fuckin'area , you're getting out ". SCOPPA responds "That's no problem Copacabana is no problem ."
2045. At the same meeting , GIORDANO and LED balso talk to LEDUC a problem of girls ( escorts ) they have downtown . Giordano said: "We Have a Little escort agency here."
Scoppa ended up later kidnapping Nino Brown due to monies owed and he has been arrested a few times since Colisee but I definitely see him grabbing for power since he didn't have Del Balso and Giordano to admonish him for anything due to their incarceration.
