So on my trip to Vegas last week I ate at Bonnonos Pizzeria and had the Baked Ziti and Chicken Parmesan (catchy name for a food chain). Gotta say it was pretty damn good, even for a fast food joint. Originally being from Louisiana, I rarely get to taste much of any true Italian Cuisine that isn't Cajun or Creole infused (being I'm half Cajun half Italian) so I was wondering if any of you full blooded Italians on here could help me out with a recipe?
