This past Sunday I made a recipe that was sent to me. Ipoured 7 ounces of tomato sauce in a crockpot, layered half a head of sliced cabbage and 8 ounces of sauerkraut and a finely chopped onion, topped it with a pound each of ground pork and very lean ground beef, covered that with the rest of the cabbage and more tomato sauce, salt, pepper and 10 oz. of water.

I served it over rice. It was the perfect Sunday football dish to welcome Autumn.
