Hey all, I have been wondering this for a while. I know the boss of the family gets kickups from all of his captains, but how does the consig and the underboss get paid? Do they get kickups from all of the captains too or how does it work? Thanks in advance.
Usually, the underboss or the consigliere (and the same goes with the boss by the way) have one or two guys direct with them, managing whatever rackets they are involved with. These guys are not however allowed to have crews and are only kicking up to the underboss/consigliere. Sometimes the boss split his rackets between the three of them but generally it all depends on what the arraignment is.
