How is it possible he has so many bodies and has never been charged? Especially since it seems like he doesn't mind shooting people with 30 witnesses around?
Another thing, I find it strange that the old timers would make him considering he seems like such a bad drug user. Don't people have issues wirh that? I know I wouldn't want a doper around me when shit hit the fan. Once they start withdrawing they're going to cooperate in a second for a bundle.
