I bet senter dreams about being back in Carnise in 1978 with the whole crew chopping up someone and wakes up with a morning wood, realizes he's in jail and starts crying.
I think he might be dreaming that he had lived his life differently. Both of The Gemini Twins are now middle aged men who will die in prison. What they did has to be sinking in on them at some point. Not only for the guilt aspect of it, but how they threw their own lives away too.
