this is interesting and he is certainly a player as his brother was amado carrillo aka the lord of the skies. however, the juarez cartel and its armed wing la linea have definately lost ciudad juarez to el chapo and the sinaloa cartel. the juarez cartel is def still around dont get me wrong, and this guy has major family pedigree but they are certainly not the same powerful group
