When i was a kid rents in eastie, chelsea, everett, malden, revere were $900- $1000 fro a 3 three bedroom now these days a 3 bedroom in the scummiest part of eastie will set you back $1400 or $1500 amonth cause yuppies just want to be in the city... places like somerville, cambridge and charlestown are a joke more like $2600-$3000 fro a three 3 bedroom. its all ajoke.
