The thing is...maybe i was wrong about the age,maybe its the taste i dunno...but what the hell i really didnt like thouse movies.First time i saw Mean streets was somewhere around 95 thats when Casino came out i think.So Mean streets to me back than was like a joke and still it is.As for The Pope,just not my taste,but i have respect for Mickey Ruourke though cool


Haven't seen the pope of greewich village, but Mean Streets is one of the best mob movies i've seen. There's something about Harvey Keitel in that movie that i love, even though i don't like him in anything else except his brief part in Taxi Driver. Robert Deniro is great as usual and it's a Scorcese film, i've yet to see a bad film from him but i haven't seen all of his films. The scene in the pool hall is brilliant imo.
