Reason i wondered was because of his sister going into the WPP and Nicky's hatred of her after Phil flipped and how that shit worked out after their mother passed away. Then if the sister did get the property, who got it when she died? Who knows maybe Phil inherited it. In his book Phil said Scarfo blamed him and his mother for driving Mark to try to kill himself. Naturally Scarfo wouldn't blame himself for it. It would drive Scarfo Sr totally insane if Phil somehow ended up with the family property.
