Wassup man....I also think that no way top bosses of the Genovese and Chicago would ever met,not under that kind of "heat" in thouse days. But i did a little research and i found an article about other meetings like an argument between the Chi mob and NY,about Jackie Presser, the union president, wich he stated that guys from Chicago came down to NY to tell Salerno that Presser was an FBI informant and even that he might be killed. After that, public F.B.I. files came out that Presser was a informer since 1977.Presser grew up in Cleveland also where Tronolone was comming from. This was happening somewhere around 1984.Here's the article...

Also another article with an wiretap between Salerno and Tronolone(wich he was talking on the behalf of the Chicago outfit)about a problem in Vegas, also somewhere around 1984/85.

My point is that(just guessing)maybe the two guys in the first article were Tronolone, wich the Cleveland mob was well connected with both organizations, meaning the Genoveses and The Outfit, and the other guy maybe was Mooch Eboli?
