I admire your knowledge and posts on a variety of topics, but how can you educationally make that claim. What's an organization to you..?
In other words, is there any hierarchical structure left for a guy like Hogan to oversee? Outside of hearsay and charts on these forums, I've seen no evidence of any. There may still be individual crooks but it seems the Winter Hill Gang is no more. The I-Team in Boston did a news story on Hogan a few years back and there wasn't much to say.
