Klyd - how wonderful to extend your hospitality to these kids. As we grow older and our kids move on, it's wonderful to have little ones around again.
I don't know if it's hospitality, but how can you turn away kids from a swimming pool on a hot day. I guess I may be looking forward to grandchildren though I emphasize to my kids I'm not in a hurry for this.
As a funny note, the little guy came yesterday with a big bag of little candy bars around 6 pm, which he handed to me before jumping in the pool. The girl explained it was a gift from their mom for letting them swim. He was in the pool for a few minutes when he called out to me wanting to know when we were all going to eat the KitKats.
well, the 4 of us finished off the bag and you can imagine what KitKats would be like in 95 degree heat. The little guy was covered in chocolate.
