TIS, Sadly the mid-large American cities are falling and failing. A couple of years ago the state of New Jersey attempted to do an audit of Camden. They gave up. The books were too F'd up. Atlantic City is trying to re-invent itself. Sadly the corruption of Nucky Johnson seems to have been passed on. The city has a ridiculous ratio of city employees to population. They also have a whopping $$$ settlement amount for city employees suing the city.
