This whole thing is a joke. Now the feds might pick this thing up (as is allowed not a violation of double j) even though the case was shit from the start. Feds usually pick up cases that are actually viable, but jesus, if they actually do this it would be disgusting. If they picked up US. V. Zimmerman in Federal Criminal court for the first time in my life I will honestly be disgusted with the justice system.
