It reminds me of where I come from. In Australia every year the bikies (usually Hells Angel lead, but Bandidos, Mongols etc) do a 'Christmas run' where they all buy furry toys and do a parade to donate to local childrens hospitals.
Does that give them carte blanche to run meth and extort every strip club with a sawn off?
And that just on Sundays.
