Lately I prefer just a light bit of tomato sauce but with sliced tomatoes with the fresh mozarella in a wood oven thin crust pizza.
I hate the thick sauce you get at chain places, and Oli, I must say I am shocked...SHOCKED you would like Little Caesar's or Papa Johns. That stuff is poison.
